No matter what you’re working to succeed at, now is a time to reflect and congratulate yourself on all the successes you have this year. Every small step taken should be celebrated, even the failures, as they tell you how not to do it.
So how are you going to step out of your comfort zone today? Maybe ask for help? Or try something new like meditation to relax? Whatever it is, just know it doesn’t have to be a big step, small steps count too.
We can get so busy that we don’t actually accomplish anything! So this weekend take some time out to relax, get quiet and decide what you want to get done before taking action.
If you haven’t started already let’s begin by practising gratitude in the lead up to Christmas. Gratitude changes the brain structure (or the way we think) into seeing the positive life has to offer. Isn’t this better than always seeing the negative?
When you can truly be yourself around others they will see this light and be attracted to it. They, in turn, will feel they can be themselves around you too. So just for today, relax and be yourself and enjoy the day before any more rushing around this Christmas.

When we spread joy into the world we should also allow it to come to us. Just as we pay compliments, smile or say a kind word to others, we should be receptive to what others have to give to us.
Make this your new year’s resolution, you deserve only the best in life. In the last week before Christmas please make time to rest & relax in all the chaos & pressure that we put ourselves under.
Just in case no one else has ever told you! It’s okay to think about yourself in a positive manner. Write out some positive affirmations about yourself, keep it simple – only a few words – & place it where you’ll see it every day.
