When we add the word yet to the words I can’t we tell our brains that we can do this but we are still learning. It keeps the hope alive and the possibilities open. So for this new year will you keep the possibilities open?
Never fear rejection as it will teach you a lot about yourself and life. It can bring a valuable life lesson in its wake. Remember that you might not get everything exactly as you desire it but what you do get is exactly right for you.
Sign a contract with yourself for the new year to be the best you can be this year. Hold yourself accountable. But remember, it’s your “to be the best version of you you can be” not someone else’s version. Or some unrealistic perfectionist you. Let that go today. So what would go on your contract?
