When life gets too much we have to remember that we control our life, our life doesn’t control us. We may not have control over the events but we get to decided how we will respond to them. Taking ownership, responsibility and by just accepting our emotional responses allows us to regain control we thought we had lost. So for today record how you responded to events, how did you feel at the time? By starting to record your emotional response you can see any patterns that might emerge and then go on to gain back the control you thought you’d lost.
