We can be great at checking in on family and friends. But then we forget about ourselves.
We may not even think to ask ourselves how we are feeling.
But taking time each day to check in on ourself is important.
It allows to better understand ourselves.
Plus to make sure we are not taking on too much for others at the expense of our mental and physical health.
We can use that time to make sure we are also connecting to our needs and wants.
So for today ask yourself how you feel?
