Time, as they say, is a great healer and it’s true, it will heal most things but we still need to use forgiveness to aid our healing too.
Forgiveness doesn’t involve the other person to say they are sorry or be present in your life. It just involves you forgiving them for all their faults and letting them go. This can be hard I know but it is so worth it as it allows us to live a more fulfilled life.
If you allow yourself to be caught up in anger you will always have this hatred and it can manifest itself in our bodies as an illness. If you have trouble letting go of anger or forgiving someone then it’s time to talk to a psychologist and ask for help.
