It’s okay to stop overwhelming yourself and do what feels right for you. Letting go of the fear and confusion in your life can be hard to do. How can you do this? Get comfortable with yourself, relax, meditate, read books and get informed, get your team of supporters to help you. Then it’s time do what you feel is right for you. Begin each day by listening to your inner voice for a few minutes and start trusting your gut instinct again.
