How we behave, act, think, feel or what are habits are, make up who we are. Be mindful of what you practise on a daily basis as they become who you are. Having a good daily self-care routine isn't selfish, in fact, its essential in creating our foundation upon which we build our life. So for today ask yourself: What am I going to do today to create the practises I need to build the life I want?
