Sometimes we can try to control something that is beyond our control.
We can’t seem to let it go and it rattles around in out head for hours or days at a time.
But just for today breathe.
Take a few minutes to stop and focus on your breath instead.
This will help relax you and in the process you might just remember to let go of what you are trying to control.
One way or another, remember, it’s going to be okay.
