Who told you-you weren’t good enough?
Well, let’s hand this back to them right now and begin again, shall we?
We can continually strive to be good enough, perfect etc., we get caught up in the perfectionism sold to us by the media.
But perfectionism is born out of shame and is never self-improving.
So for today ask yourself: How and where did I get the idea I had to be perfect? Can I let this go now or do I still need this false sense of who I am? What is it about me that I find shameful? Is it true or can I now let it go?
