Sometimes all we can do is cope, it’s not living or being free, it’s just surviving. At times coping can become a way of life. We build habits and behaviours that we found useful at one time, but then we find they are no longer useful. We realize we don’t need them to cope any more. We’ve grown, we’ve freed ourselves, we’ve moved on and that’s okay too. It’s time to stop coping and learn some new behaviours that are more beneficial to us now.
