Never let anyone tell you-you can’t dream big or have big goals and plans for your life or business.
Where we fail it is when we don’t follow through and break these dreams down into smaller manageable bit size steps. Create rituals that will help you succeed in that dream and change your lifestyle to meet those rituals.
If you wanted to get fitter you wouldn’t just sit at your desk all day you’d make a ritual (small steps) of at least getting out for a walk at lunchtime.
So write down your dreams, add feelings, emotions and be as specific as possible about what you want. Then create the rituals or smaller steps that will get you there.
