Choose To Get Better Not Bitter  Choosing to get better and recover from traumatic events is our choice. Some people choose to do this and other choose to become bitter about the whole experience, they stay anger and upset at the world but most importantly at themselves.

Some people will say that it isn’t a choice they have but I disagree. If you are struggling then you have a choice to reach out and ask for help. I know this is hard at times, but it is possible and doing so will enable you to live a far better life than you could have ever imagined right now.

If you know of someone who is struggling be there for them, be kind, loving and patient – never forceful or impatient – but try to help them ask for help.
