It’s so important to listen to yourself. Getting in touch with your inner voice and trusting your gut instinct is vital.
How do we do this? Meditation will allow you to quieten the mind enough to hear individual thoughts for what they are – negative or positive – we can then decide for ourselves if what we are thinking about ourselves is true, someone else’s thoughts or completely wrong. In all cases, we get to decide and begin the process of listening to ourselves first before others.
