So you’ve planned all those new years’ resolutions and by the end of the month, you’ll be saying Oh no I’m feeling overwhelmed or I can’t do this!. Well, don’t fear, because all you just have to remember is to bring it back to centre. Whenever we’re feeling overwhelmed we’re usually over tired, over stressed and not feeling too happy about our decisions. When we feel like this we have to take a step back and see what it is we really need to do here. Do we need to let go, does this really still support my life, do we need to ask for help or do you need to hand it back to someone who really owns it so you can get on with your real new year goals?
