On any given day we can be faced with something small that if allowed could knock us off course and bring us into a downward spiral. We allow this to happen, it's our thinking patterns that will dictate how we respond here. It's also about how much we have placed into our positivity bank account. We need to constantly place even the smallest pieces of positivity into our account in order to weather even the smallest storms and keep those small dramas in their appropriate place.
So for today ask yourself: How do I normally respond to small dramas? Do I allow them to become bigger than what they really are in my head or do I deal with them and move on?
