A good time for this can be when one thing finishes and before the next thing starts. A daily meditation practice can be an action step we set in all our goals. We may try to avoid the quiet times but they provide us with valuable space in which to stop and reflect. Quiet times can be creative and peaceful too. They provide is with the necessary time we need before a new cycle in our life begins.
