Even Feeling Positive Can Feel Scary At Times.

YDM DBpsychology July 11When we are recovering from stress, anxiety or depression the first time we realize we are feeling positive can feel scary.

That’s a perfectly natural reaction to have especially if you haven’t felt positive for a while.

But you’ll be okay.

The more the times you feel positive the more comfortable you will become.

So for today if you are feeling scared of the positive, remind yourself that you’re just out of practice and the feeling will subside.
