Letting Go Doesn’t Always Mean Giving Up.

YDM DBpsychology July 12When we realize we need to let go of something or someone that can feel like a defeat.  

We can feel like we have failed in some way or let someone else down.

But we have not.

We have just realized that what we were doing wasn’t working and it’s time to put in place a new strategy instead.

We can take the time to reflect and learn before we take the next step in our journey.

So for today: At what stage of your journey are you?

Is there something or someone you need to let go of? If you can’t you have to be willing to ask why not? What are you getting out of staying put?
