Everyone makes mistakes some bigger than others. We have to see that at these times we have to learn from them and move on. If we fail to do this we can get stuck in a pattern of mistake, repeat and continue. This can be a hard pattern to break for everyone but it is possible to do so if we stop and think about what has happened.

So for today ask yourself: What mistakes have I made in the past? Have I learned from them or do I continue with the same pattern today?
