Fear can fill you with negativity. Fear is usually born out of pain, the pain of losing out, the pain of hardship or the pain of a negative outcome. We get lost in our thoughts around these kinds of pains and thus become afraid. Becoming aware of our negative thought patterns will help us overcome these types of pain points.
