Take the time to get to know yourself and you’ll meet a wonderfully interesting new best friend. It doesn’t take much to do this either. Just sit quietly and take a few deep breaths. Meditation allows us to quieten all the other voices and get in touch with our inner self. Journalling can also be used in much the same way. Start by writing down what ever you have in your mind and let it flow from there. Letting the writing flow allows your inner self to come to the surface. So for today how will you get to know yourself?
