Welcome Acceptance DBpsychology 17 Surrender to the moment. We create so much anguish when we resist. We can end up wasting so much time and energy with this resistance. So much relief and change can be possible when we simply accept. Acceptance doesn’t mean we are giving our approval to bad behaviour. It doesn’t mean we are giving up our dreams either. It means we accept where we are just now, in this moment. We are now learning to live in the moment and that is where we will find the answers.
