Give people your full attention when they speak. Listen, really listen to what they are saying. Sometimes we don’t hear what is being said we just hear what we want to. At times we only listen with just one ear. Listen with both ears, your eyes and open your senses to what is really going on. This can be harder to do with family and older friends as we get so use to them. Always remember to show people the respect you would like in return.
