It’s Okay To Feel Happy.

This is especailly true if you have not felt happy for a long time.

Sadness can become the only comfort zone we know.

But then it shifts and we find ourselves smiling at something.

It’s okay to feel this moment of happiness.

Nothing bad will happen as a result.

Allow yourself to feel it and then next moment and the one after that too.

For returing to happiness is the natural flow of life’s ups and downs.
