Yes, it can be hard some days to feel you are good enough but you are.
We're weren't born feeling not good enough remember someone put that thought into your head and that thought can be taken out again. If this is a problem though for you it will take time to overwrite it, it means you'll have to really look into who told you this in the first place and for you to start questioning their reasons for doing so. More than likely they were talking about themselves, how very sad is that?
So for today ask yourself: When do I feel not good enough? Is there a pattern to my thinking, does it take place in the same situations over and over again? Who first told me I wasn't good enough, where they right?
