We need to review and adjust our goals and commitments on a regular basis to avoid trapping ourselves. Do you find yourself feeling resentful, grumbling or complaining about something in your life? It’s time for a review. Take time out and examine what it is you are trying to achieve or avoid. Is it inline with other things in your life? Have you outgrown the need for these things, hobbies, people, job, etc? Can you let them go? If not, why not? What purpose do they still serve? It’s time to pause, review and then move forward.
