When we write down what we are grateful for in our daily lives, we begin to see how truly blessed we really are. Then we can take the time to add more beautiful memories to those lives each and everyday with more positivity in our souls. So, at the end of today write down 3 things you are grateful for. It doesn’t matter how big or small those things are. We just need to remember them and make note of them. This will allow your mind to see that not everything in your life is negative. Life is never just black or white but a myriad of colours.
