Only Worry About What You Can Control.

We can only control ourselves, we can’t control others or events that come into our lives. We can control our reactions, feelings, emotions, what we do , what we accept in terms of other’s behaviors.

So what will you accept today? What behaviour will be too much for you? Whose responsibilities will you hand back? It’s unfair of you to try to control others, you do them no favours. Make a list of those things you feel you shouldn’t do today. Put them on a NOT TO DO LIST and stop doing them!
