When we live someone else’s dream we usually find ourselves being resentful and perhaps using anger towards that person. You may not realise you are angry at the person. Your anger may be passive aggressive in nature. We can find ourselves becoming controlling of others. We can turn that anger on ourselves in the form of depression, eating disorders etc. We can become stressed and burnt out by trying to be something we are not. So for today ask yourself, am I truly living my dreams or someone elses?
