Never Open A Door To Negativity  Cultivating gratitude will help to keep you from allowing negativity to slip into your life unnecessarily. By this I mean keep a gratitude journal, doing meditation, cutting out negative people from our life and stopping during the day and simply asking yourself what you are grateful for? Even during times of stress, the meditation and questioning your thoughts will help to reduce that stress and negativity from becoming too overwhelming.

So for today ask yourself: Where so I allow negativity to enter my life unnecessarily?
