It’s OKay to Feel Happiness

After a period of grief or a bad relationship in which you lived in fear, it can be hard to find happiness again. Experiencing happiness again can take you by surprise and you may be even shocked and fearful you have experienced it.
Just know that’s normal and it’s perfectly okay to allow happiness back into your life. Nothing bad will happen as a result. Nor are you a bad person for feeling happy again, there is no need to feel guilty.
So just for today accept any happy moments you receive and enjoy them, make new memories and know that it’s going to be okay.
