We may be guilty of only focusing on the needs of others that we fail to put our own needs first.
We become so burnt out trying to do everything for others that we always seem to come last, if at all.
We end up not taking care of ourselves properly as a result.
We are not being true to ourselves and we are certainly not setting healthy boundaries with these people.
It’s okay to put your own needs first and love yourself a little bit more than you do others in your life.
So for today: In what area of my life am I not putting my needs first?
