When we start to feel out of control it is best to bring everything back to basics. We can simplify our lives very simply by focusing on self-care and what we want. That out of control feeling we get usually comes from us feeling stressed and over-burdened. We have probably also taken on someone else’s responsibilities. Bringing it back to basics and simplifying our life will increase our mental clarity and lower our stress levels. So for today, how am I taking on too much? How can I simplify my life? How can I up my game regarding my basic self-care?
