Stop Thinking About Yesterday To have A Better Tomorrow                                                                  When we think about yesterday and worry about the what if’s or could have done’s we not only fail to live in the moment but also lose the focus on our goals.

This type of focus won’t change the past no matter how much we want it to, we would be better served by accepting what has happened, forgiving ourselves and trying to move on. I say trying, as for some of us we may need help with this through therapy.

It so much more liberating to move forward with our lives and focus on the here and now, complete our goals and enjoy our lives.
