There Are Benefits To Letting Go DBpsychology 14If you have tried to solve a problem and can’t – obsessing doesn’t count by the way – then let it go. At least for today. If others ask for advice , give it only once, then let it go. Them asking for advice isn’t a signal for you to go all in every time you see them either. If people don’t ask for advice, even if you know the answer, let it go. Others are allowed to make mistakes and to seek solutions to their problems however they see fit. Now remember the times you let go? It usually worked out just fine, for you and for others. Then remember the times you held on? It was so much harder, wasn’t it? Letting it go is okay.
