There Are Two Steps To Take Before Action Is Needed.

YDM DBpsychology June 27The first step is awareness and the second is acceptance.

Once we have both in place we can move towards action.

A lot of the time when we become aware that something needs to change we jump right into action.

But that only sets up for failure.

We jump too quickly before we have had time to explore the true nature of the problem.

We find we haven’t accepted it or ourselves fully either.

Only after we have explored these first two steps fully can we find the right course of action for ourselves.
