When we find ourselves feeling overwhelmed by our thoughts we are acting from our doing mind. Our doing mind can run wild, it wants to fix problems, it causes that washing machine on full spin mode we get late at night or during our day. Our being mind is a wiser mind it allows us to think before we react, it allows us to see our thoughts for what they are, just thoughts. It digs deeper into our feelings and allows us to come from a place of acceptance and love, our true authentic self is now in charge.
So for today ask yourself: Am I acting overreacting? Am I able to see my thoughts as just thoughts, to know that they can be changed and that they may not be acting in my best interest?
