When we limit our self-belief in how far we can take our goals and dreams we limit ourselves. Never do this to yourself, you wouldn't do this to a friend but we do this to ourselves Think in terms of how you would speak to a friend or family member, you would be their best supporter, so why not your own best supporter too. Always aim for the sky in your dreams.
