Negative thoughts we have of ourselves are usually started by someone in our childhood. They are really negative thoughts that person had about themselves that said they weren't good enough. These thoughts are not about you at all and can be rewritten in our minds by some positive ones. These positive thoughts will then start to build our confidence and our self-belief. Always remember you are good enough!
So for today: Recognise any negative thoughts you have, make note of them and start to question are they true or not?
