To Change Your Life Change Your Attitude DBpsychology 13b We often forget that in order for our lives to change we have to do something different from our normal routine. That can come in the short-term by taking up something like a new eating plan or exercise regime. But if we want permanent change we also need to tackle our attitude to our own life.

We need to examine how we feel about different parts of our life such as family, friends, work, free time etc., plus our involvement in how these are working or not working out for us. We need to let go of any shame and guilt we may have about things in the past. We need to forgive ourselves. We also need to take on board that sometimes we need to ask for help in order to have a completely new and more healthy life.

So for today what is it about your life that you want to change? Can this be done by a simple physical change or do we need to dig deeper and look at our attitude here?
