We sometimes feel down about what’s happening in our lives. Our work, family, relationships and friends may not be what we want. But if we stop and think for a moment what it is we want from these then we can make plans to change our work, we can persist in that goal no matter what even when others feel we are foolish. Support yourself in your life and others are there for you.
