So how can you change this kind of thinking: You can use affirmations that speak the truth and delete all negative comments in your head. You can begin by quietening the mind and listen to what is being said there. Do you see that your thinking is skewed, that it came from others and it really isn't about you? Now that you have identified that thought(s) you can use your affirmations to change it by simply repeating it every day until you have replaced the old tape for the new one.
