There are a number of things that can help: Change your thinking by using affirmations such as "I am a happy person" " I am good enough just as I am" you decide what your daily affirmation will be this week and repeat it daily, place it where you will see it frequently. You also need to experience happy things, you can meet up with a friend for coffee, you can watch a comedy show, don't answer that phone call from a negative person, set a healthy boundary, etc. Think of ways you can help yourself to feel better, this will help you think more positively, once you think more positively you will feel happier no matter what life throws at you.

So for today ask yourself: What one actionable step can I take to help myself feel happy today?
