To Be Free Be Willing To Get To Know Yourself Over & Over Again

Part of self-care is getting to know ourselves. Getting to know all our weaknesses and our strengths. We have to be willing to do this over and over again throughout our lifetime, it will enable us to lead the life we want in a better manner.

Most people don’t realise that self-care encompasses so much more than the basics of food, showering, health check-ups, exercise and meditation. We need to know ourselves too. When we know who we are and what we want, we build our self-confidence in ourselves and our knowledge base. We feel more confident to withstand others opinions and stand up for what we believe in and want.

How do we start? Right where we are now in our life. We begin by asking ourselves what it is we truly want, need and desire in our life now.

If you don’t know where to start I created a blog with a series of 32 questions to help you begin this process. Take your time and answer the questions as honestly as possible. If you can’t be honest with yourself, who can you be honest with? Maybe you need an accountability partner?
