Don’t you just love that? You get to leave behind the past, yesterday and start a fresh today Reminding yourself to live in the present moment, after all today’s a new day, a new beginning for all of us. We could be down, depressed and  feeling sorrowful for what has gone. But if we look at it as an opportunity for new beginnings we can become more grateful, happy and uplifted.
