We are all guilty of either rehashing our regrets from yesterday or worrying about tomorrow. What we fail to realise is that while we are doing this we are missing out on what is the most important, what is going on around us right now.
So let go of yesterday, as it’s already gone and no matter how much we regret things we can’t change them. We can only forgive ourselves and apologise if needed. Stop worrying about tomorrow because you can not, no matter how hard you try, predict the outcome of the future.
For right now, just breathe and live in this moment only for that is all we have and what is important.
