Moving Towards Self-Forgiveness Workbook

New Workbook available in my shop and on Amazon.

Do you find yourself caught up in fear and anger about the past? Are you still having arguments in your head with someone? Is toxic guilt and shame haunting you daily? Then perhaps it’s time for some self-forgiveness.

It can be very confusing, to say the least, when we are told we have to forgive others. Then we are told we have to let them and our anger go in order to move forward in our life. Our natural instinct is to want to get our own back. Revenge can be the order of the day. Or at the very least, we want to see the other person punished for the wrong doing. That doesn’t always happen though and we can become stuck.

I believe that we can move forward by working towards forgiving ourselves. We don’t have to involve the other person at all in this process. For most of us that self-forgiveness is enough to allow us to move on with our lives.

In this workbook, moving towards self-forgiveness, I explore the ideas of why we get caught up having to forgive someone, the confusion between forgiveness and reconciliation. Plus I outline how to put in place some foundations to help you to get you back feeling more empowered and focused on your life instead of on the past.
